  Called up eariler prior the house inspection to see if they allow pet to save my time. I was told that they weren't to sure and just attend the inspection and lodge in the form and the landlord will make a decision then. Went there to be told that pet are NOT allowed.

  I have been trying to call you since you're supposed to open and your message says "please call us again during our business hour of 9-5:30 Monday to Friday." It is currently Thursday 9:25am. Get to work already! This is so unprofessional.
