    The agent is so terrible. They required me to pay in full to book for the flight to Saigon but missed the booking therefore I needed to go for a later date with a much higher price. They asked me to pay for more money otherwise take 20% of my money. I think they did this on purpose. Never come back here again!

    I wish that I can give this agency 0 star. She was so rude. She told me off when I asked her a question. I will never go there again no matter what.

    Absolutely hate this agency, never go to this place, they are very rude people. I wanted an earlier ticket back and they said they cannot help. I highly reccomend other travel agency who are more helpful and friendly.

    Very dodgy place. Bad agency that is irresponsible. Acts so slow. Charges huge fees for cancellation. I still haven't got my money back for months. Never come here if you have read this.
